Terms and conditions.

By booking an appointment at Noor The Salon, you acknowledge and agree to the below policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled via phone call at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment or held as a credit for future use. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. This applies to all appointments, including existing clients. If you cancel within 24 hours of any service, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you cancel within 8 hours or do not show up, 100% of the service fee will be charged.  All appointment changes must be made via phone call to 0494 157 434. Messages, emails, or social media DMs will not be accepted for cancellations or rescheduling

LATE ARRIVALS

At NOOR. we give you a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, we understand that sometimes things don't run smoothly, however we do exercise the right to refuse service or opt for a smaller service with late arrival. To avoid disappointment or losing your appointment, please call us in advance if you're going to be late in advance to your scheduled time.

COLOUR ADJUSTMENTS

At NOOR, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you require any adjustments, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will be happy to assist you at no additional cost.

DAMAGED GOODS

At NOOR, we genuinely care about your experience and always do our best to protect your garments and belongings while you’re with us. However, given the nature of our work, accidents can happen.

We want to be transparent: NOOR cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur during your service. To help minimize the risk, we kindly suggest avoiding high-value items or delicate clothing.

SECURING BOOKINGS

To secure your appointment at NOOR, we require a non-refundable deposit of $150. This deposit helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that we can provide you with the best service possible.
